Return Policy

At The Speedy Pack, we’re all about providing quality and making sure you're happy with your order. We’ve put a clear return policy in place to keep things transparent between you and us.

Return Timeframes

If your order shows up damaged or not quite right, just reach out to us within 2 business days, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible. In case you have changed your mind? No problem. We gave you 10 business days from the delivery date to send it back, as long as the item hasn’t been used and is still in its original packaging.

Reprint Process

If you’re sending back the boxes for a reprint, make sure they get to us within 10 business days from when you received your order. Once we check the returned item, we’ll start the reprint process. It usually takes around 10 business days. If you’re in a hurry, we can speed things up for an extra rush fee.

Items Damaged on Arrival (DOA)

Check your order right after it arrives. If you feel that anything’s damaged or doesn’t look how it should, quickly reach out to us via email or our chat box within 2 business days. But so that you know, minor scratches or slight color changes can happen during printing and aren’t considered defects.

Return Shipping Costs

In case of a returned order, you’ll need to cover the return shipping costs. Also, please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

We can’t be able to cancel or refund your order because each item is made specially for you, based on your exact needs. If you’re not ready to receive it at the expected time, no problem, we’ll hold your boxes in our warehouse for free and send them out whenever you’re ready.

Refund Details

Because every order is custom-made and production begins only after you approve the final design, we only offer partial refunds. Once an order has been produced and delivered, we typically retain 99% of the total amount. Then, if your refund is approved, we’ll process it within 3 business days after receiving and reviewing the returned item.
